Radhika Rastogi | Managing Partner
Radhika Rastogi is a Managing Partner at Relik Capital Group. Her real estate journey began with acquiring and managing single-family homes in Long Beach, California. Recognizing the potential for growth, she transitioned to larger multifamily investments.
Before embarking on her real estate career, Radhika earned a BS in Information and Operations Management from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Strategic Management from Indiana University, Bloomington. Her background also includes over 12 years as a technology leader, working with Fortune 500 companies to optimize their business and technology operations.
Radhika specializes in sourcing, analyzing, and managing commercial real estate acquisitions. Committed to delivering consistent returns, she prioritizes thorough research, due diligence, and careful analysis to identify properties that align with our investors' specific criteria for return, cash flow, equity gains, and profitability. By leveraging her market expertise and creative strategies, Radhika aims to generate value for every client.
Vibha Salgamay | Managing Partner
Vibha Salgamay is a Managing Partner at Relik Capital Group. She brings a unique blend of experiences to the real estate industry. A UX designer by trade, Vibha's eye for crafting unique and mesmerizing experiences and her passion for helping women & minorities achieve their dreams of financial freedom led her into commercial real estate. At Relik Capital Group, Vibha leads Investor Relations and Business Operations teams.
